Canton – Preston Vaughn Lindsay Jr., 48, passed away Wednesday, September 18, 2013, at home unexpectedly. Preston was born April 6, 1965, in Mansfield to the late Preston V. Lindsay Sr. and Emma R. Amos. He made Canton his home. Preston was attending Star State Tech College; where he was studying to become a Chef. He loved the culinary Arts. He leaves in his memory his mother, Emma R. Rollison, of Canton; two brothers, Ricky (Eva) Rollison, of Warren, and Mitchell S. Lindsay, of San Diego, CA; three sisters, Jacqueline M Roane-Rollison, of Columbus, Cynthia D. Rollison, of Canton, and Caroline M. Rollison, of Lancaster, CA; an uncle, Roscoe W. (Ann) Lindsay, of Mansfield; an aunt, Minnie Lindsay, of Mansfield; a host nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father; a sister, Stephanie M. Brown. The services will be held Wednesday, September 25, 2013, at 11 a.m.; with one hour prior calling at Small’s Funeral Services, 326 Park Ave. West, with Rev. Debra Staples officiating.
