Mansfield, Marcus Derell Burtin, 50, passed away Friday, May 27, 2022, at home after an extended illness. Marcus was born in Mount Bayou, MS, on April 30, 1972, to Willie Harris and Dorris Harris. He made Mansfield his home. He was a member of New Bethel Apostolic Assembly Church. Marcus leaves to cherish in his memory his sons, Kylie Burtin, of Columbus, Quintion Burtin, of Mt. Gilead, and Dillon Burtin, of Oklahoma City, OK; a daughter, Briana Burtin, of Mansfield; his parents, Willie Harris and Dorris Harris, of Mansfield; sister, Natasha Harris, of Mansfield; brothers, Christopher Harris, Rolanda (Chris’s) Harris, both of Pensacola, Fl; and Ivan Harris, of Mansfield; three grandchildren; a host of nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. The services will be held Friday, June 3, 2022, at 11 am, with one-hour prior calling to the services at Small’s Funeral Service, 326 Park Ave. West, Mansfield, Ohio, 44906. The family has entrusted Small’s Funeral Services with the arrangements.
